Our Mission
The Tonle Sap Lowlands Rural Development Project will support 40 communes in the development and upgrading of rural infrastructure through a combination of community led and executed activities, and government agency implemented infrastructure development in the provinces of Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Thom, and Pursat.
BENEFITS
The Project will provide direct and indirect economic benefits to about 68,000 households with a population of about 354,000 persons in 40 communes selected in the three provinces around the lake.
It is intended to assist in the creation of new and improved livelihood opportunities in these communes; and will strengthen the institutional capacity of commune, provincial, and national organizations.
